What to bring:
- What you own: List all of your financial assets and your best estimate of what each is worth. For example, list your home, vacation property, savings and investment accounts, company retirement plans, insurance and annuities, and any collections.
- What you owe: List all of your debts to others, such as mortgages, home equity and auto or boat loans, personal loans and credit card balances, student loans, promissory notes, retirement plan loans, and any loans you have co-signed.
- The last two years' tax returns
- The last 12 months of bank statements, or your best estimate of your lifestyle spending needs. If you would like a pre-set Spending Plan document to fill out instead, please call or email us.
